Where the horizon extends to a pure cobalt line and the water is a clear phthalo blue: Forum By The Sea, Cancun, MX on July 7th, 2016, around noon; I transposed the mesmerizing scene onto canvas using a palette knife and oils, informed by my photograph taken with a Nexus 5X.
